The client, a core partner of the company with whom we have collaborated multiple times, has deepened their trust in SBM based on the continuous stable operation records and high efficiency of equipment such as European-version mills and vertical mills from previous cooperation. They have once again chosen SBM to undertake the construction of the pre-baked anode production line. The first batch of equipment has been successfully shipped, marking the first step towards delivery.

With a tight schedule, heavy workload, and urgent commissioning needs, this project places extremely high demands on the supplier's equipment process maturity, delivery cycle, and on-site debugging efficiency. Based on SBM rich successful cases and mature process solutions in the industry, the client had full confidence in our capabilities. Before finalizing the equipment, they made a special trip to visit three of SBM customer sites and received positive feedback, ultimately choosing to collaborate. Currently, the project has entered the equipment installation phase and is expected to go into production in August.

In previous projects, the client encountered issues such as high failure rates and adjustment delays when using small Raymond mills, so they explicitly prioritized "quality first" for this project. Relying on numerous successful cases in the petroleum coke sector and customized design solutions, SBM ultimately stood out by offering "lower full-life cycle costs and more efficient operation and maintenance responses."

This project leverages the local abundance of hydropower resources, with the core goal of creating a "zero-carbon aluminum industry ecological closed loop," establishing a vertical green industry chain system spanning from anode carbon preparation to electrolytic aluminum production.

SBM provides "turnkey" services covering process design to staff training. During the project commissioning phase, a dedicated technical team is stationed on-site to ensure rapid resolution of on-site issues and provide clients with comprehensive training in equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
